Rules

Registration
  1. All players must be registered on this website and resident in Europe to enter the tournament.
  2. By registering to compete in this tournament you hereby agree to abide by all the rules in the Info & Rules topic. All information about this tournament can be found there aswell.
  3. In order to registrate yourself to the tournament, you must post a reply to the tournament's registration topic, the registration post, using the following format:

    PLAYER GAMERTAG:
    PLAYER USERNAME:

The GAMERTAG should be an existing Xbox Live gamertag. The USERNAME should be your username on this website. Spelling and spaces must be exact, but does not need to be case sensitive.
  4. Users are permitted to registrate with only one gamertag.
  5. You are eligible to participate in the tournament if you are on the Confirmed Players list in the first post of the tournament's registration topic.
  6. If you are on the Confirmed Players list and you want to change your gamertag you will be playing with in the tournament, then post a reply to the tournament's registration topic quoting your original registration post and a new registration post after it (with a different gamertag). NOTE: Do not edit your original registration post since changes will most likely not be noticed!
  7. If you are on the Confirmed Players list but you no longer wish to take part in this tournament, then post a reply to the tournament's registration topic quoting your original registration post with 'REMOVE' after it.

Matches
  1. Every match of 8 players will have a player designated at random to create (host) the Custom Game lobby for every game of the match. This will be the first player on the match' playerlist (with the bold font on his name, e.g. Reflex Nitro).
  2. The hosting player must invite the other players of his match. Every player should have at least 4 other players of his match on his friendlist. Please ensure you have sufficient room on your friends list to add/receive friend requests from your opponents.
  3. If as the host, there is no response from a player of your match for up to 15 minutes after the scheduled start time then that player will be declared as 'no show', and the game is to proceed without him. He will be eliminated from the tournament.
  4. If the host does not show up in time (scheduled start time), the next player on the match' playerlist must host.
  5. In the event of players not being able to join the host in a game session/lobby/private chat/party, which is most likely because of players/host having moderate or strict NAT settings (Xbox 360 network settings), the next player on the match' playerlist must host. If the problem seems to be unsolvable, the player that was trying to join the first host will be disqualified. It is recommended to every player to have open NAT settings to avoid this situation. More on Xbox 360 NAT settings here.
  6. A 'lag test' must be completed prior to starting the match. This is a test game that doesn't count. If any player repeatedly falls into red bar ping or more than 2 players keep dropping into yellow bar then the next player on the match' playerlist must host and a new 'lag test' game must be started. If no decent host is found, the first host must host the game.
  7. All players must ensure there is no other internet equipment active in your household and there is no one downloading using the same connection whilst you are playing.
  8. If a player/host disconnects during the initial launch of a game, the game will be restarted (by the host). The initial launch is defined as within the first 20 seconds. After the initial launch, the disconnected player will have to forfeit that game and the game continues.
  9. If the host ends the game after the initial launch, without any disconnected player, he will have to forfeit that game and the next player on the match' playerlist must host a new game.
  10. Ties will be determined in the following order: Points, Kills, Deaths, Assists, Headshots.
  11. At least one of the first four players of a game (winning the match) must report the result in the appropriate round's topic using the following format:

    MATCH NUMBER: example: 5
    Game 1 Bungie.net Link: example: http://www.bungie.net/Stats/GameStatsHa ... ex%20Xorta
    Game 2 Bungie.net Link:
    Game 3 Bungie.net Link:
    Comments: example: Good game!

Please be aware that it is every players responsibility to ensure the result is reported correctly.
  12. If no round's result are posted in time (48 hours after the schuduled start time), all players will be disqualified.
  13. Tip: If you won, take pictures/videos of your tv/monitor showing the result of every game so that you always have solid proof you won. Make sure your Xbox Live gamertag is visable. You can use websites like http://www.tinypic.com/ or http://photobucket.com/ to upload your pictures/videos.
